Privacy notice
Minimal data, clear purpose, immediate opt-out.
Version 1.0 effective 2 August 2026
Who controls the data
Citrine BidReady is operated by Joseph Edwards in Manchester, United Kingdom. Privacy enquiries: privacy@citrinebidready.co.uk.
What we use
We may use limited business-contact details, corporate role, company identity, public company website facts, official procurement information, correspondence and client-provided documents needed for an agreed engagement. We do not seek special-category data for marketing.
Why and where it comes from
Data is used to answer enquiries, research a specific company-opportunity pairing, send a small number of individually reviewed and relevant corporate communications, honour objections, deliver contracted work and keep necessary business records. Sources may include official procurement portals, Companies House, a company's own website, a corporate contact page and information supplied directly.
Lawful basis and electronic marketing
The working basis for carefully selected corporate B2B research is legitimate interests, supported by a recorded purpose, necessity and balancing assessment. Recipient legal form is classified first. Sole traders, individuals and protected partnership types are blocked unless an appropriate permission route is recorded. This notice is operational information, not a claim of legal certification.
Sharing and transfers
No prospect list is sold. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for secure email, hosting, payments or contracted delivery, subject to appropriate terms and transfer checks. The launch system is local-first and no customer documents are uploaded to an AI provider without an approved data route.
Retention
Rejected no-contact research is reviewed after 90 days. Unresponsive prospect records are reviewed after six months from the final message. Client documents default to deletion 90 days after delivery unless another written period applies. Minimal suppression identifiers are retained as necessary to prevent re-contact. Accounting records follow applicable requirements.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion and may object to direct marketing at any time. A marketing objection is actioned immediately and retained as a minimal suppression record. Email privacy@citrinebidready.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and tracking
The launch site uses no advertising cookies, tracking pixels or invasive analytics. Private previews record only a non-invasive aggregate view count and do not embed a tracking pixel.
