How it works

One opportunity. Visible evidence. Honest unknowns.

The process sits between official tender discovery and your own bid decision and submission process.

1. Confirm the opportunity

We retain the official notice, buyer, identifier, deadline, value where stated, geography, procedure, available documents and retrieval time. Closed or stale opportunities are blocked.

2. Map visible requirements

Requirements are recorded only where the source supports them, with a page, section, field or exact source location. Missing documents and unsupported conclusions remain UNKNOWN.

3. Link company evidence

For a public preview, we use only specific facts published by the supplier and verify the incorporated entity separately. Client-provided evidence is handled only within an agreed paid scope.

4. Review the gaps

The Evidence Map separates found, not found and unknown items, then prioritises questions and next actions. It does not make a definitive eligibility decision.

5. Founder QA and delivery

Joseph Edwards checks claim wording, citations, UNKNOWN states, scope limits and disclaimers before delivery. One factual-correction revision and a 20-minute clarification call are included where wanted.

Required limitation: This is an evidence-linked opportunity screen based on public information. It does not confirm eligibility, replace review of the complete procurement documents or provide legal or procurement advice.
